Each package below will take you through the 3 stages of getting you back to your New YOU. It sets you on the right part to consuming healthy meals, incorporating fitness into your regime and finally being able to dress your transformed body. Wellness and healthy living is a mindset change, to enjoy a healthy life, there must be healthy balance in all areas of life.

We offer a professional service for each stage based on individual needs.

Fit n Chic - 6 weeks program

  • An Introductory video on FIT n Chic online programme
  • A 6 weeks Total Nutrition meal plan
  • Bump n Chic recommended 6 weeks workout programme ranging from cardio training, fat burning exercise, abs workout and weight training
  • Style n Chic - Styling tips on knowing your body shape and style preferences, tips on what to wear for different body shapes and how to disguise your problem areas.

Chic Me Out! - 3 or 6 months Transformation Package

  • An initial 45 minutes consultation will be conducted at the start of each stage of the process to discuss client’s goals and expectations from the programme (This might also include referral to other professionals if needed)
  • Education and advice on the importance of each stage will be provided and tailored to client’s needs
  • Typical meal plan based on individual needs to consist of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas that you can pick and choose from will be provided (softcopy)
  • Fitness assessment and individualised workout programme consisting of basic exercises, fat burn/cardio exercises, body sculpt and weight training will be provided
  • Weekly follow-up and weight checks will be carried out
  • Weekly 15minutes telephone or Skype call will be provided to client throughout the duration of the programme to keep client motivated and to help reach their goals.
  • Concerns and questions form client will be responded to within 24hours
  • Portion control bowls will be made available for each client for easy management of mealtimes and weight
  • Log document to record meals and exercise for each week will be provided (softcopy)
  • Weekly online support for client to track weekly progress will be provided
  • At the end of phase 1 and 2, a 90 minute personal style assessment will be carried out to discover what adjustments may be required to help client feel her most confident and comfortable, using our colour and style analysis.

We recommend that you workout at whatever time of the day that fits into your lifestyle or schedule but most importantly, exercise when you feel most energetic.
