Fit and Chic - 6 weeks Programme Fit n Chic is a 6 weeks online programme to help jumpstart your journey to your NEW YOU with visible results. This programme will consist of:
An introductory video to the Fit n chic online programme
A fitness regime tailored to client’s needs, bearing in mind client’s level of fitness.
Stage 1- (Basic Fitness) cardio training
Stage 2 - Fat burning (HIIT) and core strength training
Stage 3 - Body sculpt exercises
A weekly follow-up and weight check
A weekly 15 minutes telephone or Skype call provided to client throughout the duration of the programme to keep client motivated and to help reach their goals.
‘Chic me Out’ - 3 or 6 months Programme This is an extended fitness programme to help you work your way gradually to an active healthy life. During this programme:
A fitness assessment will carried out to determine client’s expectation(s) and fitness level
An individualised workout programme to cover 4 fitness stages will be provided;
Stage 1 - Intro cardio training
Stage 2 - Fat burning exercise
Stage 3 - Core strength training and Abs focused exercise
Stage 4 - Body sculpt exercises
Weekly follow-up and weight checks will be carried out
Weekly 15 minutes telephone or Skype call will be provided to client throughout the duration of the programme to keep client motivated and to help reach their goals.
