Helping You Slay Better Is Our Goal

Health and fitness discussions arouse such different emotions for so many people. Some may have experienced struggles and seen themselves as failures in these areas, whilst others may be elated with success stories. For me, it’s been quite a journey and I am here to encourage and inspire you through mine. Nutrition, Fitness and Styling, these three areas are the essence of ‘Bump n Chic’.

Bump n Chic is primarily to help women during and post pregnancy to maintain a healthy lifestyle, to help shed post pregnancy weight and look good through our three process strategy. Although not limited to this group, it is to empower all women in the area of healthy nutrition, fitness and styling. With or without a bump you can still be chic – This is Bump n Chic.

Living a healthy lifestyle should not be something confined to the realms of a New Year Resolution. My favourite book says, 'Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind....'

It is said that 'Change fixes the past but Transformation creates the future'. Bump n Chic is all about helping with your transformation and getting you into the right mindset so that you will become the woman that you were created to be. A woman that experiences total wellness in Spirit, Soul & Body.

  • Help with educating you about the right nutrition and provide recipes and meal plans tailored to your needs.
  • Provide a fitness program that suits your phase in life and guides you through to your ultimate fitness and weight goals.
  • Help with your styling to find out what colours and styles work for you. It helps put a gloss and to present your new body shape to the world.

' Eat well, Exercise well, Style well! '

I am married to a wonderful man and we have two gorgeous little girls. An everyday wife and mum like all women who love and cherish their husbands and children dearly. Funny thing is, in my younger years, exercise and healthy eating were not my forte. I was the fussy eater who did not exercise or saw any reason to. Marriage and my beautiful children quickly changed that. Before I got married, I was a size 6/8. However, the weight started to pile on after I got pregnant and had my first baby. This left me a bit uncomfortable. It was a challenge, and I was surprised at how little there was in terms of supporting women with transitioning from pre-pregnancy to pregnancy to post-pregnancy without losing themselves in the process.

You don’t have to break the bank to look great. Knowing your style and having the right wardrobe keeps impulse buying and emotional shopping to the minimum.
